David Restainer CCIM

David Restainer was named Managing Broker at Douglas Elliman of Florida in 2012 and serves as part of the Florida Executive Team which has grown the South Florida presence from 2 small offices then to over 1,200 associates and 22 offices now.
In 2014, he was named Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate and is responsible for a dedicated team of Commercial Real Estate professionals serving all of Florida. David is an experienced broker and manager with over 24 years’ experience in the Florida Commercial Real Estate.
